On 31 May 2024, the NI Public Sector Chairs’ Forum and Chief Executives’ Forum jointly organised a briefing on the NI Executive’s Budget 2024-25 led by the Finance Minister, Caoimhe Archibald MLA, and Department of Finance (DoF) Permanent Secretary, Neil Gibson.

The Minister and Permanent Secretary provided an overview of the development of the budget, followed by a Q&A session with guests. Discussions focused on the key challenges facing Northern Ireland’s public service bodies at present, including innovation and transformation; collaborative leadership; trust and accountability; digitisation and net zero.  

This event was free of charge to members of the Chief Executives’ Forum and the NI Public Sector Chairs’ Forum.
